Wow! awesome stuff Haldor, although I dont know how you find the time in between making me a 90mm Fulcrum? hint hint! j/k seriously that canopy and the cockpit look very nice.

Panther Maiden

Add my congratulations to those you have received. Must have been an awesome sight, with the 1200-watt max. Flying at 1/4 to 1/3 throttle open, what was your longest flight to date, and how much maH did it take to top it off?

greggf, would you be willing to compare your Tanics vs. the new TP 10C at MWE? Any thrust measurements? Thanks in advance!

Phil: my set up isn't producing 1200w, it's 1020w on the 8s. the El Bandito will though on a 9s configuration.

I will be testing the new TP's at MWE. It will be interesting to see a side by side comparison.

btw: just one flight has been done. around 4 min and the pack took 2400mah iirc. ..........gregg

Thanks for catching my mistake, greggf. Must have transposed the middle digits.

I'm trying to see if TP can supply the new 10C 8S2P in two 2X4 bricks. Can't wait to see what it does for me.

Thanks guys. The weather is no good for flying at the moment - frozen ground = big EDF's grounded. Not that I have actually had time to go flying.... But I will get there

Next up I think is a temporary airbrush area outside (heated...) so i can complete the colors on this one.

Could one of you guys post the dimensions of the inlet? Like vertical height at the fuselage and the horizontal width from the fuselage to the outside corner of the fuselage. I assume the easiest way would be to measure to the very front of the inlet lip and then give an estimate (or measure with a caliper) how thick the inlet lip is? Thanks!

I'm just wondering how much area there is there. I started scratchbuilding a HW609 sized Panther a couple of years ago and never finished for various reasons. I think I may need to go back and enlarge the intakes if I ever finish it. I'll probably just start over and build a Midi version as I've seen the light and it said "ROG dude, uhhh, I mean, my son!"
