Carr sails are suppose to be good aftermarket sails although I have never used them. My dad bought several sets when he was alive and found them to be very competitive. I have always made my own. There is a pattern out there in the ethernet somewhere for paneled sails that I used to make my sails. If you look at the "post your favorite sailboats pics" thread on page one of this section and go to post 381 you will see the sails I made. They are the Lone Star Flag sails with #36 on them and they are getting close to ten years in service. I picked up a bunch of scrap spinnaker clothe from a local Dallas sail maker and have made many sets for local sailors in Midland, TX.

Last Vic I raced used my own mylar sails. I actually did pretty well with the boat. Just hated sailing with clear sails.
