Order# yhst-62196343123315-256565 You sent me a used product

I need an RMA # or a refund. You guy sent me an obviously used mini camera with a battery that won't record more than a few minutes after hours of charging the case has paint rubbed off and the battery is dead. The camera never took a full charge and it get hot while charging this is EXACTLY what my old 640x480 stick cam does that is why I wanted to replace it. I'm pissed because now I have to pay for return shipping because of your company send me something used. I would like to exchange my supposedly "new" camera for one that is actually NEW if you can't guarantee me a NEW PRODUCT then I 'd like my money back.

OK you guys sent me the EXACT same used piece of crap you sent me in the first place the only thing you did was try to use a black magic marker to cover up the rub marks on the case. The camera still won't charge or take a video longer than a few minutes before the battery dies and it gets hot when it tries to charge. I want my money back this time and I think you should be paying the return shipping again because now you're just wasting my time running back and forth to the post office.
