Thats what i did, when i bypass the osd, its fine, when i keep the osd, current sensor, its fine, when i add the servos and motor, its not

Is it possible, Filter is backwards.

It looks like it has a directional diode, so I don't know if it would even work backwards.

don't think the filter is backwards, just tried swapping the servos, same thing . I also tried to get direct video out of the osd (no vtx) and it still does it.........

Im giving up on single bat setups............. Can someone check this wiring diagram for dual bats? Any ground loops? Should i still use the SEPIC regulator between the 3S Lipo and the Camera/VTX? Thanks

Maybe it'll fix the problem, maybe not. You're still using shared grounds across all components, both
filtered and unfiltered.

My advice at this point would be to drop in on the EagleTree threads and see if anyone
else has had the same problem and fixed it, because it seems to be the only
component that links your noise together. Folks with single battery RVOSD, and single battery
DOSD+ and single battery ezOSD setups don't seem to have this problem.

I have single batt with eagletree and picture is noiseless. I use a dedicated ground for all video devices: cam, OSD, Tx, video switch.

Check the connections between the logger out and taps going to your sepic and filter.
Resistance on this point, will create a voltage change between OSD grd. and CAM/Vtx grd. as soon as current pass (either servos or motor)

what do you mean by resistance on the point?

Example, a cold joint in the plug going from the logger to the esc.
If current has difficulties to pass it create "ripples".

Is it possible the servos are causing enough of a voltage drop to create an issue with your Tx?

Other obvious suggestions:

Ferrite rings, twisted cabling, equipment location, defective equipment.

Don't think that theirs a voltage drop because it uses a separate UBEC, the TX is using its own regulated 12V from the regulator

The servo wires between the osd and rx are all twisted, the wires to the cam and TX are all shielded and grounded closest to the battery.

Doont think theirs defective equipment other then the Lawmate 1W TX that i just burned cuz I forgot to attach the antenna

What he's suggesting above is that you measure the resistance between every ground
point in the harness. Camera ground, Tx ground, OSD ground, ESC ground, battery
connector ground, Rx ground.. etc. If it doesn't read exactly 0 ohms between every point,
you've got an issue.
