No, the wind suck indicates the landing area for hang gliders. Follow the main trail and take the first right fork, going down hill. Go through another gate and follow the main trail up hill. The first hill on your right is the spot. Lot's of pictures on the Mission Flyers' thread

It's on the map!
The park has maps in a box at the starting trail (I recall the box hangs on the fence). The flying site is marked on the map, "SBSS Flying Site" as I recall. The map also notes the flying restrictions and requirements.
