On Feb 22, I purchased two TP2650-4SP45 batteries (PayPal Transaction ID # 9RB78467VE774053A).
After Deans connection and meter check, one battery has dead cell will not charge....the other is OK.
I would like to return one batt for credit or exchange. Please advise.
