Why not? if you are intending to buy a helicopter this size but "ready to fly", you are crazy enough to pay that price too....
But most probably, in case you would build a helicopter this size, you would more or less the same price, at least for a turbine driven helicopter. Cannot comment on the price difference between E-drive and turbine drive, but I guess speed controllers that can handle 9 kW do not come cheap either....

Producing this helicopter probably does not incorporate underfed chinese kids earning a whole 1 US$ per day sweating on a conveyorbelt churning out 100 helicopters per hour per kid, but probably well paid well skilled German Specialists building one helicopter at a time at a rate of maybe 2 or 3 helicopters per week total production.

Shipping a RTF helicopter that size will most probably not be cheap either: most probably they will not use a fancy coloured cardboard box with some vacuum moulded plastic blisters for displaypurposes and "buy me!" print on it, but some serious crate or something like that....

So, yeah, if I was crazy enough (and rich enough) to buy a helicopter more expensive than the car I currently have to transport my wife and kid in, than
A) I would definitely buy first a bigger car, bigger home, hire housekeeping staff, quit my job, and maybe some tropical island to fly the thing in the first place,
B) would not have any problem paying what seems to me a fair price....
