HobbyKing Pitts EPP Kit - Plus extras $110, conus

I have put together another BNF build kit.

It is the HobbyKing 33.5"ws profile Pitts EPP. I just finished putting mine together and, as simple as it looks, it still took me 5hrs to complete.

It is a solid airframe and quite a good little flier - surprisingly floaty for a small bipe. There are a number of YouTube vids, but here is one that I thought presents a good example
HobbyKing Pitts EPP-CF (1 min 25 sec)

Included in this listing are the following:

Everyhing is NIB, with the exception of the rx, which I checked for range and function.

The price, incl conus, is $110 or $100 w/o rx.

PP only please.

Thank you for looking.

so you are just selling the plane like it comes from HobbyKing? Its not built? It's just you shipping it instead of HobbyKing? I don't understand the selling point.
