EXI Tool Set Problem

I bought the EXI 11 Pcs RC Tool Kit w/ Handy Case on order 1600634 and am very disappointed.

After putting one RC car together with the tools, they started rounding out and are now no good. I contacted support when the first one, the 2mm hex rounded out and haven't heard back.

Now another one, the 3mm has rounded out.

Can anyone at Hobby Partz help me out?

It's been 10 days since you said you would ship a replacement and nothing. I also do not get responses when ask what is going on.

You took forever to respond, and then in a PM said there is nothing you can do unless I want to pay to send the whole set back because you are out of the part.

Also, I noticed that after all this time my review isn't showing on your site. Why do you delete all the reviews lower than 4 stars?
