Mako 48??????
Trying to gauge interest in the Mako, Jason and I are considering doing a run or two of them.
Vic did a nice job on his design, seems a shame to let it die. Thanks B |

Tough call.
I would definitely be interested in a 48" design with a high aspect ratio wing. But the Mako not an easy plane to build and fly. Both Aaron and I struggled with it until we were happy. I think the design still needs a little tweaking. OTOH, JW's can be built like crap with inexpensive gear and still fly great. Now what about the Sonic? or a 48" JW?

JW 48....
same fuse...and the tip of the standed wing , with the smaller chord would give a slightly longer tail. Be easy to build strong. You guys wouldn't have to change much. Tim |
