Is a three axis gimbal for the S-800.

I've seen this somewhere before that they ar eusing FC controllers to stabilize the gimbal.

All I have to do now is do some tweaking to get the parameters right, but it works.
Here is a small video

Hi,

Cold you tell (or even better show) how you connected AV200 to S800 frame? Thanks.

You are right Sid3. Is the 360 bearings are not sitting up against each other to keep it ridgid. I will take it apart and see if I can make them sit better. Thanks

Cheers

Well I took it all apart and redrilled a piece of carbon and mounted the wheel on with small spacers. Previously I had it mounted on a 25mm stand offs and that made it woobly.
Now she is solid.
I also mounted all the FPV gear. I am using the Horizon HD camera, Immersion RC Vtx, Align regulator.
For antennas I use 2 of these http://www.circular-wireless.com/en/...r-wheel/spw58/
one for the tx and one for the rx.

Also I used this one http://www.circular-wireless.com/en/...l/heliaxial58/
for the Rx. I have the Immersion RC 5800 duo divercity Rx'\.
here are some photos.

Cinestar frame is better.
Stronger, comes with battery mount. Best anti vibe mech in the market for vibration less filming.
100% carbon fibre. No cheap industrial chines junk Corbin fibre here.
Made in the U S of A.
Stronger arms. stronger centre plate.
Artistic design. Not a cheap plastic mould.
Won't break an arm if you have a heavy landing.
All parts for the cs is available.
Very strong frame, could beat a cow with this frame from dust till dawn with out leaving a hair line mark.

360 camera mount that will survive a crash, won't get bent and busted like the over priced zen moose.

Cinestar frame with zero Uav Ys x6 is the way to go.

Take heed my friends. Spend your money wisely.

CineStar 3 Axis Gimbal (3 min 42 sec)

The cinestar camera mount is so versatile, fit your go pro, sony hx, sony nex, Red cam, spy cam, cannon 5d, candy cam,
you name it
Its not limited to only sony nex line of cam.

Look at this bad boy doing its thing,

CineStar stabilization Testing (1 min 25 sec)

Hexa, you can start a thread on Cinestar why preaching here. Obviously this is S-800 thread, in case you missed it. There is already a thread of Zero ... you can certainly give a bump here.

Nah, I don't think so. I can assemble a C-Star for how much?

http://www.quadrocopter.com/CineStar...Kit_p_404.html

The S800 with everything to fly without rx and lipos is how much????

$1900 based on the new pricing. I paid $1060 because I have a WKM with Data Link.

Then I need separate camera FC to get the same or similar performance as the Z15. Standards change, they certainly have with large MR's and gimbals.

DISCLOSURE: I own a S800. I enjoy flying my S800. I do not have a gimbal on it yet. I am waiting for the 2 axis Z15, maybe it will be the Z13? I think that CS makes some nice products. I considered one of their quads but could not pull the trigger based on the cost. I am glad that others have the cash to follow their dreams.

If you own S-800, you get it free. Your dealer might charge you shipping; after all shipping is for the guy delivering the product to your door.
As for replacement, I have yet released price to dealer.

I have a CineStar6 and S800, both are really nice. Both have some really strong features that dont overlap.

hexa, sorry but being a troll isn't just a jersey thing.
