I'm two of those things, and disciplined is not one of them. I remember when I was a kid and had only one car, I knew it inside and out because I had nothing else, If something needed doing on it, it was done. I dreamt of having a FLEET of RC vehicles. Now I have that fleet, and this one needs repair, that one needs an upgrade, the other one is waiting on bearings from China. Wait, what's in this envelope my wife just handed me. My bearings! Guess my car is getting worked on tonight! I'm spread way too thin. Do I go the the RC track or airfield this weekend? Probably neither. Oh well.

Well, mine just arrived. Is NOT double boxed, and the box is crushed, and has large holes torn in it, and it doesn't seem everything is in the box. Even armatures know to double box a styro plane. I saw the Fedex guy pull up, run up to my steps, toss the item onto the steps, and RUN back to the truck. He then pulled away very quickly. I should have let my dogs out on his
Guess we will see how this guy handles things when things go wrong. I know the damage falls on Fedex, but I have NEVER received a plane that was not double boxed from any vendor or seller. The extra couple of bucks I would have had to pay for the shipping cost would have been well worth it. The aggravation I have to go through in contacting the seller, probably uploading, and sending pics, blah, blah, blah, would have been more than a fair trade over a few extra shillings for a box.

Can you snap a pic of how it was packaged and of damage?
Was the plane badly damaged?

Just got mine here in WI. It is also NOT double boxed, but the box is still in good shape. It is unusual that it's not double boxed, though for the price of the plane, and the $6 shipping charge, I can't complain.

The tail/rudder is missing, and the main wing is cracked. Everything else seems ok, although I'm not sure what else might be missing. Did this package include control horns and rods for ailerons? I'm not seeing any hardware in the package at all, other than what is installed on the fuse. I'm also not seeing a battery, but I'm not sure there was suppose to be one included.

That does suck, and happens.
Cracked or broken parts are nothing, as they can be glued, especially for a kit at about 1/3rd cost, missing parts can't.

I am sure have contacted the seller, only through Ebay, to resolved this issue.

Shipping was only $6.00 on a $25.00 item and FedEx to boot.

Personally, when buying an item that I am concerned about, I ask if it will be double boxed with additional padding. If not then request for it and I am willing to pay extra for this service.
