Nice job on the landing! What prop are you using on that plane... it sounds great.

I use the Master Air Screw 18x10. I may drop down to a x8, sacrifice a little speed, and get even more sound.

They do sound great.

So dropping the pitch some will provide even more sound? Thanks!

I am building a couple of 50 size / 6s warbirds and will use the Master Air Screw props over the APC (or Xoar), even if it cuts down on efficiency.

I am assuming that your Master Air Screw is not an "electric" prop, right?

More RPM = More Sound.

At that size, MAS only makes the one type that I am aware of. And yes it is a big prop used on Gas planes as well.

They have an electric series, but with the white tips on your prop, yours looks like the K series.

Their electric version, they have a 12x8 or a 13x8.5

The K series, which I think is yours they have 13x8 and a 14x8.

I believe these would work, but may not be the most efficient.

Using the "Prop Calc" website, my Infinite 4025 505kv motor would run best on a 12x12 prop, however, I need that sound!
