yeah i will look around for a better deal it was the only one i could find at the time and thankfully throttle gave me a good link cheers

Has anybody found a way to stop the gear box from moving backwards causing the chain to slack? Is there any reason why Kyosho made it that way? I find it very frustrating to adjust it every so often.

i cant really answer the question for you but im sure there is other people who post on this can
but at a guess it may be you need gear box washers to help stop the chain slacking

Nice to have you on board, all you have to do is make some oval washers like in the pics so the gearbox does not move, easy

Hey Steve, i see you run metal pinions on the motor are they the kyosho metal pinions or an aftermarket piece.

These are Kyosho option pinions, hard to find, but I like them, will try and find you part number, cant use plastic ones on brushless set up. Run your new Silverlit tires tonight, Fantastic many thanks mate.

a couple pics of the bike before rebuild note it has kyosho race tires and wheels fitted they didnt come with the bike i just fitted to see how they will look while i count down the days for my hop-ups arrive

i may do Steve this bike that i bought last year came like this the owner before attempted to paint the frame but was thinking about the kyosho chrome frame but not sure how good a quality it is its hard to tell from the photo,s
has any one fitted the chrome frame or any opinions on them
as you can see from the photo the paintwork is rough so i will spend some time preparing the body work before painting had issues painting a kyosho before the plastics dont always like to take paint and eventually i will buy new plastics
