Nice flying and great panoramic shots. The weather in Ontario has been pretty dismal and grey so not many good clear days yet. Which GoPro have you got? I am thinking of going that route and see there is a Hero 2 and a Hero 3. Not sure what the differences are yet.

Looks nice and stable at altitude. Are you using a gimbel mount?

I'm using the HK wing cam however the video isn't as clear as the GoPro.

Nice editing too!!

Looks like Hobbyking have brought out a camera mount for our Ideafly quads and it has both pan and tilt unlike the one Ideafly sell which will only tilt,so after the Christmas rush/post i'll be ordering one to see how it compares with the Ifly-4 one,if anyone get one before me which i would of thought will be a few people could you please post your findings.

I've already ordered one mate from HK
Thought I'd better move fast, good price too, just hope it works! Of course I'll share my findings too.

That one is for the Ifly-4s which is different from our Ifly-4,as that one can only tilt thats why i posted the HK one, plus the HK one is cheaper and thats always a plus in my book.

Jello Killer

Incidentally, I made another flight today with some mods to my camera mount.I padded out my mount lightly with bubblewrap, then used a rubber band just to hold it all in there.
It's fitted so it just nips the camera in there, not too tight or too loose, and went outside to test it.

I have now defeated jello

Here's some pics, am going to tidy up the installation now I know it works, video coming later so you can see for yourselves how good it is. I do love a simple fix!

HK Dual Axis Camera Mount

I just ordered a HK dual axis camera mount. Will post results when received.

They also had a bunch or replacement parts for the IFLY 4, (nothing listed for the 4 S yet) but I am stocking up on landing gear, canopy and motor..

Now its a race to see who can get the camera mount first!!
