Dimensions on EDF Micro 40mm ducted fan
Hey I'm working on a project for a professor at UC Riverside. We have come across these fans and need some dimensions. If any of you have bought one of these before I would appreciate a few measurements. The part is Micro 40mm EDF,including the unique 8-blade fan rotor and ducted housing, which can be found on http://www.nitroplanes.com/88e-adf40-housing.html. I have tried contacting the company but have failed. I am looking for the inner and outer diameter of the central hole through the housing component and the diameter of the center piece of the fan.

I need it 5 of them by or a different fan by friday. just kinda of stretched for time and thought i could get a quick answer here. It seems right now i might just buy them and hope they are right.

If you want a good 40mm fan, get the GWS unit. Much better build and quality.
GWS 40mm fan dimensions. It comes in two versions, one suitable for a 12mm motor and another using a 20mm motor. |
