Yes the E-flite power 60 is included.
There is no way to determine the exact shipping cost until it is boxed up and weighed.
The box will be too big for USPS.
My experience for a box about that size to Oregon UPS would be about $55 to $75.
Greyhound PackageXpress is usually the cheapest starting at about $45
