Grayson hobbies

well ive had it, ordered parts for my skybus from
GRAYSON HOBBIES a month ago but no parts arrived so heres
my plea.

I need one landing gear a motor and two props
and if anyone can help me out I and and my grandson
would really appreciate it.

check with Nitroplanes, don't they sell the same thing? They may have the parts.

Did you use their E-ticket system with your order number? i sent them a question there about a meteor part and got an answer wihtin a few hours that same day.

sent many notes and got one reply confirming my purchase.
no replies have been sent my way since, and its been over a
month since the last contact, this company sucks---period.

Hi Mike..

I see you posted this same reponse in several locations here in RCGroups. I tired to repond to all of them and if I missed any I am sorry.

Our best method of contact is our e-ticket system, this is the fastest method to resolve issues. We have several people answering and they even goto my blackberry.

Hi Mike

Sorry to inform you, there were a few issues with your ticket,

1. A correct order number was never supplied. My staff asked for an order number within 2 hrs of you opening the ticket and unfortunately we never had an answer. .
2. You asked for a refund and it was granted on Feb 28.
Since we have refunded your payment, we are not re-sending the products.

Im sorry you had issues with shopping with us and this is not typical of our service, but I hope this helps clear up the situation.

I was never, repeat never informed about anything
that had anything to do with my order. I sent multiple
e-mails with your invoice (note: your own part and order numbers)
with no response to any of them.

To be fair I just checked my paypal account and the refund
was there, but being the fair person I am I called paypal
and talked to the dispute people to find out why my case
against you went through so quickly. It turns out your
company sent them as a "proof of sale and delivery" a
"bogus" tracking number that they have seen your company
use before. now thats the paypal people talking not me.
they posted the tracking number to my case and I entered
that number on the USPS tracking page and it came back
as only a notice that your company sent the post office a
note that "someday" they coud expect a package.

all I want is my parts and nothing else and since your
watching this thread I hope you can publicly help in this
regard.

Why call the tracking # bogus? Do you have a full understanding of what it actually is? It means that someone printed out postage, and PAID for it. It means that once the package is received by the post office, it can be used to track the package. And once you got your refund, why again did you call Paypal? What difference would it make as to why you got a refund, you got your money back.

It looks like you got your money back. If the service is so bad with this vendor, why are you still trying to do business with them.

Take you money and go buy it somewhere else. Otherwise it looks like you are going to let this continue so you can vent on them.

I have the same problem with Grayson. Month and a half no shipment and just a "we can expect your package" status with USPS. All I want is my money back, I've already re purchased the parts with NitroPlanes.
