DC-6/C-118 lighting configuration
I have been searching all over the net for a description of a DC-6 lighting configuration and I am wondering if anyone knows the specifics.
I found some pictures and here is what I know so far:
1. Two landing or taxi lamps. One on each side of the nose strut.
2. Standard red and green steady lamps on each wingtip (red right and green left)
3. Red beacon on belly aft just ahead of the horizontal stab
4. Beacon on top of fin (don't know the color)
Any help would be appreciated. I have a lighting system but I just need to match up the colors & steady vs flashing lights for this scale project.

Beacon top and bottom would be red rotating. Should also have a steady white at tip of tail cone.
You have your wing tip colours reversed, Red is left (port) To remember this just remember the two little phrases "The Ship left port." and " Port wine is red". i.e left port red. therefore right must be starboard and green.
The rule applies to all shipping and aircraft
