Trim is trim. It adjusts your control surfaces for straight and level flight. I adjust using the trim switches on the radio instead.
low rate % is the percentage of high rate that that low rate is limited to. If high rate elvator, for example, is set to 40 degrees, and you want 20 degree max deflection on low rates, set the % to 50.
Current value is the output value of the channel, based on current switch and stick position.
Play around with it, you'll figure it out.
