Is it possible for the gyros to get reversed on this board? (Like I've read can happen on a kk board?)

you can check in MWII GUI in values of the gyro to see if it is giving you wrong values.

See the STM32F103x8/STM32F103xB datasheet page 27-31: pins 1-19 are not 5V tolerant. That means that all the ppm/pwm input pins on the naze32 board should not be used at +5v.

I am using this same one, appears to be working great so far.

Off-Topic question: Have you found the RSSI pin on this RX?

As far as I know there is no RSSI "pin" on it. You might find a pad on the board itself if you feel like getting that deep into it. If you want fancier features than a $9 rx gives, then frsky is a good alternative.

What's your settings? It seems like I is to high.

That video was with default as suggested by TC. I did later a flight with P = 7.5 I= 0.005 D=25 but no big change. The think is there is not I2C error but a little error in MultiWiiConf of ~60 see the attached screenshot on the bottom left.

Try dropping the LEVEL D to about 20 for starters.

I have the same Rx (almost -different brand) and it works great using the PPM signal on the battery connector. So, now I wonder if it's 3V or 5V and if it's Ok to use it.
