Why would you specifically want plush/hobbywing? There are escs with better build quality and better hardware.. Oh, right, DJI...

they are for a small multiwii setup I am doing using the PARIS SiriusŪ3200- v4.0 board and it says to use them and they are the cheapest ones i know of but I am open to anything that works well.
i have tried suppo esc's and hacker x-7 esc's on my kk quad and I just want something with manual throttle adjustment not a auto adjust because I hear they work better.

If you want something small, I would recommend HK BlueSeries 12A. 18/20A plushes are same size as 30A - 32xsomething mm, quite big. Next step down would be 12A, about half the length and slightly less width.

Yes, of course. You mean throttle calibration? It's standard way, power up with throttle at max you want, wait for beep, down to min you want, another beep, saved. They can also be switched to 16kHz pwm timing by stick programming, which will make your quad very quiet.

Yes I found them last night and bought a set of 12amp esc's. Thanks for the heads up. I decided they were the best price and they are pretty close to me here in California so shipping should be quick.
