Random question here: I have been out of the sport for 30 years but getting back. What is the shelf life on fuel these days? I purchased a trainer from someone with fuel but don't plan on using it. How long should you keep it? I know the idea is to use it up and get more.

I have a partial gallon of fuel from about 1980. I run some every once in a while and it runs fine. Keep your fuel capped and out of the sun.
