TechOne Mini Yak-54 1s BRUSHED

Ordered a TechOne mini Yak-54 and powering it with the UMX Extra 300 Guts.

I just need to finish my Giant Yak before I can build the Mini one.

YES! I did the exact same thing using the guts from a 4 site and I absolutely love this plane. I followed the exact setup as the UMX 300 for placement of the AR6400l, servos, pushrod guides, etc. I did not put on the landing gear. I also cut the tape and used blenderm to reattach the ailerons, elevator, and rudder. It is a lot more durable than the 300 also. Good luck!

Did you ever get this working? I built a techone mini eagle with the 2s setup and could never get it light enough to perform well. When I setup the yak with the AR6400, it performed wonderfully. I was able to hover for a very long time... as long as I could with the umx 300. I'm using 160mah 25c batts. Also, I didn't install the landing gear to help keep the weight down.
