this looks very nice. I am thinking about a similar setup.

Can I ask : What size Graupner Hub adaptors did you use to fit the props to the RCTigermotors?? Is it the 6mm ones ?

cheers

oh and show us some video please !

Graupner hab hole is 8mm
Rctigermotor MT2216 prop adapter is 5mm, so you need 8mm->5mm
Like this one - https://www.electricwingman.com/grau...r/8mm/5mm.aspx
But they fit in to a prop very very hard!
Sorry for my language!

Ditto. I like this setup and would like to have it with a gimble that is sized to fit a Sony NEX-5N/7.

Is that possible with the XA-CM130C-TPS - Xaircraft X650 CM130C-TPS?

Hi John,

Almost the same set up I have - great minds think alike!!! I've got nearly 10 hours flying on the clock now and am loving it!

I will be interested to see how yours performs with a camera fitted. Despite this very stable platform, I am having a lot of issues with resonance vibration on my machine and was wondering if it was down to the frame design and material or the relatively cheap RCTimer motors I fitted.

By the way, my Graupner 9x5 E-Props were 5mm out of the packet and dropped straight on to the RCTimer shafts didn't need to use any spacer.

I have the XA C130 gimbal on my X650V-8 but don't like it for anything bigger than a GoPro - too much vibration transmitted to a heavier camera!

Here is a short video from the weekend.
