CAD file for Axial Prop?

I'm working on an Alby D.II model. I was curious if there is a .dxf or other CAD file out there for a scale Axial prop. A buddy of mine has access to a laser cutter and it
would make a cool scale detail. Any info is appreciated!

Herr Mayrhofer builds full size Albatross planes.
I found his comment comparing props used by the DII and DIII

Many years ago, Vintage1 (who appears on this forum occaisionally) posted a whole series of props he had designed. Here is an Axial on .pdf that you may be able to scale. A bit of interpretation may be needed or contact Vintage1.
I imagine Vintage would let you use the design for your own use - not mass produce it without his permission PM him if you want to be sure.

Cheers - Pat

Ive got a bit more done on Axials as well

Have cut files and a 3D model for various sizes.

Rhino file is too big to post.

PM me for whatever diameter you want..

"Stock" sizes at the moment are 12x10, 18x15 and 34x22...(Gulp!)

As well as what Pat has posted up which is a pre 3D CAD one I did.

OK: can I jump in hear and ask.
I understand that the CAD file ends up as a bunch of lamanations that get sanded after being glued together.
How doable is this with 3 blade props?
Could you expect to be able to make say a 22" to 24" 3 blade in the 12" to 14" that could handle 3,000 watts?

Thanks for the replies everyone! I recently picked up some additional Alby drawings from WWI Aero. I have a little kit bashing in mind...

Yes.

But at your own risk.

Depends on RPM really
