Rubber wheels? If you upgrading you must already have the wheels to measure yourself. You should ask in the 3D Flying section. Whats up with the wheels supplied?

You are gonna hear differing opinions on that one. Different types of grass and all that. Where I fly we have creeping grasses and we have luck with both thin and fat tires. They both tend to stay on top of the grass. I think the fat ones are better on our grass. Taller, generally, are better on any grass. Keeps the ends of the gear, axles, etc up out of the grass. Wheel pants don't do so well on grass, they can fill up with clippings, etc, and cause the wheels to not turn well. Worst case, one fellow had so much grass in 'em that on landing the wheels could not turn and the plane went tail over nose and did a lot of damage.
