Customer service?
Is it normal for email questions to go unanswered? I haven't tried calling since it is difficult for me to call during business hours. I have sent a couple of emails about getting replacement parts for a 48" Edge (they aren't in stock) and have never received a reply.
On that note if anyone has an orange right wing and rudder I'm in need. |

3DHS is a small company with a small staff. This allows for great planes at a great price so sometimes email takes a while.
Sometimes asking for the parts you need on this or the other thread can get you what you need. You can also send Horton a PM just above this post. Quote:

+1 on the SpotOnRC stick tips... also makes the A9 sticks back to regular size; the first batch of A9's were regular length, then they shortened them, can get that length back with these tips.
