20cc power will happily fly it... but it has wing, and able to carry more... so 30cc power plants are all up for grabs. All kinds of options. I don't know the actual weight myself yet, but it is a very light airframe indeed. If people had a motor in their 71 Slick or 72 Extra that they swapped out for something more powerful, then this is the plane that can take the hand-me-down. Naturally, if you want overboard it'll take overboard. If you want to fly an extra two packs for longer flight times, it'll happily carry that also. It's a bush plane, so it's versatile...

It's all up to how you want to fly it. Joe flies his 74 Edge on 6S...

...it would probably fly two 6S packs in parallel for huge flight times... it's a bush plane, we'll see all kinds of setups in there

personally, I'm going to nab another GT33 and put a big tank in there to fly as long as I want on lazy evenings...

That is what I was thinking. 2 liter coke bottle anyone?

Any ideas on preorder or ETA?

the Tech-Aero has people just using whatever is coming off the servo bus... no extra pack needed. very nice and simple setup.

The servo bus on the IBEC is driving the ignition if I got that right?

The easyer question would be what can it not do very well?

I can also say that if you guys hook up a optional float kit on it me or my dad may buy it. Because there really wouldn't be a place big enough around for him to fly it and land in grass. But he goes to the river alot during the summer, so that would be really cool!

Very cool!!!

Don't even need to know how much, I just need to know when!!

Looks like it would make a good tow plane too!!!
