I used 3/4th inch PVC. I used the basic design used here http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1157593 But I changed the measurements to my needs.

Back behind is a pair of Lambda rack mount 20A 24V supplies designed to run in parallel. Along with my new Hyperion Super Duo , I should be able to charge all 8 of my 6s 5000mah packs simultaneously at 1c!!!

And just a note, I do charge in LiPo bags, I was just getting everything all set up in this picture.

ok so i am alittle confused if i go down while up right flying and up while inverted that means my lipo needs to go back further right?

basic cg (ie battery placement) instructions

1. put the pack in the middle of the tray or a bit forward.

2. fly plane, trim to fly level at 3/4-full throttle.

3. fly plane at 3/4-full throttle, pull up to a 45º upline, roll inverted

4. without touching the elevator, if the plane climbs, it's tailheavy, move the pack forward

4b. if the plane dives, it's noseheavy, move the pack back to get closer to neutral *if desired*

5. after adjusting pack, fly the plane, and trim to fly level. then conduct step 3. again.

No, it means that you need to trim you elevator out. If you go down will your upright you are nose heavy. If you go up while inverted, you are tail heavy. You can be both, so you need to trim you plane out.

Anyone have any 19x10 Xoars they want to sell, or a Mejzlik, (if they make one in that size)?

sure. like diggity said, the first step is to make sure you are trimmed for straight and level upright flight. being out of trim will throw off the whole rest of the process.

there are lots of different CG preferences. I like it to sink a bit--slightly nose heavy. allows you to do all the fun 3D stuff and maintain very nice precision characteristics at higher speeds. also makes the landings very predictable.

you'll notice a lot of the greats use an ahead of neutral cg... I copy them as much as possible.

RCdude is awesome for quick and cheap shipping on lots of xoar sizes. he even carries the rare 18x10.

I have done a search on this, but found no answer...What the heck is a Lambda power supply, and how does it differ from others?
