Cool Steve, but I'd be careful, fiberglass can get brittle. I'd take it to an archery shop (Bass Pro or the like) before trying to shoot it.

Me and my brother started bowfishing a few years back. Bighead Carp are our main target. Tagged some nice 45 and 50 pounders this past summer!!!

I don't really want to shoot it, just give it away, however, if there is a chance that somebody could get hurt with it, I'll just cut it up and throw it away....

Pretty good chance no one will get hurt by it, just wanted to give you a heads up if you decided to shoot it. After all, it is technically a weapon, and should be handled as such.

The first thing everyone does with a bow is to "see if they can pull it." If it's old, brittle, or splintered, that would be a bad thing.

At least 10-15 years old...but, as this is the fanatics thread, and I don't want to get in trouble...we better get back to 3DHS stuff...

I've got to find an XH to Hyperion balancing adapter so I can fly my 60" Extra some more. Not that chucking the 48 Edge around is no fun, but I just bought the Extra last Sunday, and I've only put one pack through it!!!
