Torrey Pines Fun-Fly/Ratings Day February 18th 2012
Hey Guys,
Next up on the schedule is a our second annual Fun-Fly/Ratings day at the bluff Saturday February 18th. As you all know, each year pilots at Torrey are all required to renew our City Waiver documentation for the Gliderport. Additionally, if you are interested in flying at Torrey and haven't gotten your rating yet, our venerable Slope Coordinator Alvaro and other check pilots will be available to get you checked out, rated and ready to go for the year! Last year we had a great turnout with over fifty pilots attending. Needless to say there was a lot of killer ships flying and some great jawboning and hanging out at the bluff along with a pretty nice BBQ lunch. This one's not to be missed!
