Those drink lids are great...I've been raiding quik trip everytime I go in there, shoving several into my coat pockets They have 2-3 sizes also, all work well and the top hole is smaller then the sonic blast I think, which I prefer...bout the right size to glue in a metal bottle cap of your favorite beverage as decor and protection

Agreed, great paint job...plus I like how that canopy encloses the bottom, even with the increased weight. That has got to help the aerodynamics, especially when flying in wind. I'd like to see alot more canopy options with the enclosed bottom.

This one requires less assembly because the pilot head is part of the body and the canopy is very small saving a little weight.
I painted the interior but I suppose markers would do just as well.
The rest of the markings was done with tape and number stickers bought at Office Depot.
Thats a lot of bang for the bucks you're asking ...very cool design . I don't know how the other guys justify asking $20 for their mini-frisbee

I've been looking at all kinds of throw-away plastics to mod ,the "Jetson-mobile" is what I'm shooting for though...

I've been told that I'm asking too little for the body but I believe what is not being considered is what I call the " ARF factor".
cut, glue and paint; " Oh my"
Everything on my site requires some kind of construction. I try to keep it affordable and simple.
Some guys just need a little push to get them out of the ARF box and into building.
That is when they become a hobbyist and not just a consumer.

Between burned out motors and 15 inch Snow Storms, it took me a while to get my ParkFlyerPlastics Interceptor body outside and in the air for a video session.

Remember though I am an old fart, and don't fly 3D anything. Please give me a break on the flying, I did an mSRX video before this with almost ZERO wind, but the mQX saw probably 8-10 mph winds an still was fun to fly.

The recent 70 degree weather has finally allowed me to get outside and let the sun hit me and my baby quad.

I only used the top section of the provided body pieces. Weight saving was my plan. My Color scheme provides excellant orientation in light or dark situations. I plan to add some LED lighting though soon and that will only make things better.

Welcome to the mQX body modders group. Can't wait to see your ideas.
