If anyone is needing standoffs or other machining work done let me know today or tomorrow. I heard a rumor that the machine shop is shutting down for two weeks starting monday so they can change out a transformer.

I guess they need to hurry up and get that done before they close down the building and bulldoze it to the ground.

1. I crashed my 71 e-slick hard core and don't wan't to wait 6 weeks for Castle Creations to check it over. I powered it up and it works fine. No visible damage. Is there anything I should do to ensure it's ok?

2. Heading to Nall and would like someone that really knows what they're doing to check out my setup on my 89 e-slick. How do I find someone? I've beent here before and once I get there, I never can find anyone. It's not like you've all got your names on your shirts.

3. Can I pick up a new 71" slick at Nall on Friday the 18th or do you think they'll be sold out by then?

Thanks

2. I would look for the 3D field. Then look for 3DHS planes. Then start asking who everyone is. Where you find 3DHS planes you will find 3DHS addicts

Those 3DHS team shirts should be easy to spot

This is what happens when a "keyboard monkey" gets hold of LEDs and a lawn ornament.

Did the screen itself crack? That sucks, I would have thought they would have used Gorilla Glass....my Galaxy S (ATT Captivate) has it....it's already been through two head over handlebars bike wrecks and it's still pristine.

Fun with Gorilla Glass

I just got home 45 min ago. Went to Funeral Home at 11am for arrangements. Spent 3.5 hrs there.... Spent about a 45%er plane setup at least, maxed out....maybe including the trailer for it...

Just remembered I needed to call again to see if the Savox 1258TG's came in today for the 71 Slick and lo and behold they did! Only waited 3 weeks!

Promptly went online and ordered from the dealer and they are boxing them up to ship UPS tomorrow. So that should be the last thing I needed to finish off components. Should have them by Friday or Monday but funeral is this weekend so will get back to my building therapy next week.

No flying here tonight, both sites in use and really windy out there...
