Ok guys... I caught it.... What can I say, old eyes, and right now I'm loaded to the gills with Tramadol, as I threw my back out....

Personally, I'm using two Thunder Power 2S 25C 2700mAH packs for the receiver in my 89" Slick...two flights takes out about 10% using HS-7955TG servos..

Yup. I just got those and sold those. Steve. It's funny you thought the same packs would work as me.

The width of the battery tray of the slick is about 120mm. Those are about 140mm or longer and they won't fit crossways. That's how. My flight packs are running length wise in the tray. That doesn't leave enough room to run those packs length wise too. I'm upgrading rx and to savox hv servos to go all hv. I thought while I'm at it I'd add a little head room into my rx packs. I guess the sidewall are free but they're just light balsa.

Back to the question; is there any difference that you can see in those batts other than packaging?

We're just messing around. It would be cool though to have 22.2v servos.

fair enough. I just would've thought there would be some other way to fit them, even if they don't fit on the "tray" area.

True dat but with all the electronics already run and nailed down, I'd rather just get another set of packs.

To fix your prop. You could get black duct tape and wrap it around it a couple times. Then it works like new
