Anybody ever have problems getting dual elevators to travel the same??

Wamsy, diggity, and myself have worked on this for hours and we can't get both servos to travel the same distance. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've never had to setup with a Spektrum before, I only flew Futaba . Here's my setup.

89 slick
Hitec 7955's
DX8
Spektrum 9110 rx
2" SWB Arms

Geometry looks close, but no matter what I do, one always seems to be to be traveling about 10 degrees more than the other.
I'm really striving to get that full elevator deflection but one keeps stopping at 38 degrees when I know it can go past that. I've switched out the servos to make sure it wasn't a programming issue, but it very well could be, it's just happening on more than 2 servos.

Make sure both pushrods are EXACTLY the same length, sub-trim is close for both or zero and program the servos if Hitec...those are some common problems...if sub-trim is super high like 20 and above it can have an effect on total travel and time to travel to the endpoints...If all else fails use a matchbox...
