I have 21 cycles on each of my 3s2200 packs, always charge them at 5C (other than the first 2 times). Still same as new.
I have 40 cycles on my 2 sets of 2p 5s4000 packs, always charge them at 2C (power supply limited). Still same as new.
I haven't been keeping track of cycles on my 3s450 packs, probably around 30 each, always charge them at 5C. Sometimes they get drawn down well below 20%, since the foamie power use is pretty wind-sensitive. Not that worried about their longevity anyway, since they only cost $4.35 each.
I try to never bring a pack lower than 3.70 - 3.75 per cell after a flight, which usually puts back around 80%.
