Well I went to measure and found the smaller xoar's are actually the same size as the prop shaft I assumed they were the same size as the 20" props

Disregard...I should have checked.

maidened both my slicks today, man i miss flying a slick. Almost lost the 59" on the second flight the elevator control rod slipped and ended up with down elevator, porpoised quite a bit until i figured out the problem and elevatored the plane in with no damage.

Dab of hot glue to the rod and control horn fitting. Problem solved. I do this on all my planes.

I installed ball links on both ends all around on the 59. Got better and smoother control throw and it doesn't slip. I like that the 51 slick is that way from the factory

Just glue the ball link on? Only one side of the rod is threaded. I wish i could find something in the right length in a turnbuckle

So why don't we just give terrorists and criminals a way to manufacture UN-tracable weapons that can be manufactured any time, and almost any place.....Wiki-weapon

Sorry guys, I know this is a bit political, but some things just get to me...

Use threaded rod. If its a long run of rod you can put cf tube over it to add strength. It's a lot nicer with ball links on both ends
