What are we supposed to do about it, buy one and fly it to prove everybody else wrong?

If anyone had problems with Twisted Wings, you would think it would be Twisted Hobbies!

Sucks for those who got the warped wings. I can't blame them for being upset over it.

Yes but when my Blade mcpx blade grips were defective, horizon sent me new (fixed) ones (and threw in some new blades).

And I agree, its only a $99 airframe. I feel bad for the kid who mowed lawns all summer only to be able to pick up his first 3dhs bird and is having issues.

But to continue to sell a defective product? And to censor/not allow honest reviews to be posted to their site?

Their appears to be some similarities between 3dhs not allowing honest, albeit negative, reviews to be posted to their site and rcgroups not allowing HK bashing.

I understand one is the property of a private company and the other is a "public" forum.

This is not to attack 3dhs, but rather to shine a light on an area of customer service that could be improved.

Hmmm. I have added at least 6 of the most awesome planes to my hangar this year and they are all from one company, 3DHS!!! Ive had a few problems with a few arfs this year, one company has stepped up with awesome customer service, 3DHS!!!!! I have sold a few planes this year..and they werent 3DHS (due to lack of customer service). They were also awesome fliers but when things went wrong, big poppa wasnt there to fixxem. I wont mention names but it would only take two letters to figure it out and it wasnt EF!!!
I dont work for 3dhs or have any sponsorship or affiliation with them, just enjoy FLYING THE BEST and spreading the news of awesomeness!!!

ROCK ON DANCIN KITTY!!!!

Im with ya. I think i have at least 12 3dhs planes from 34 up to 89. My "other" planes include a stryker and a radian. I guess if they ignore it, its not a problem.

Shoot. I flew the 57 and gator slick after work today.
