I haven't listed it for sale yet. I have less than 10 flights on it, never crashed, no problems, etc.

Prices new:
Power 160 = $150 - amain
Ice2 HV120 = $230 - amain
4 Zippy 5S-5000 packs = $227 - hobbyking

I'm thinking about the mintor 38cc for the cub.

I haven't even flown the cub since the Midwest FLI....
Yeah...and I didn't even crash it for you either...

How do you plan on starting that gasser....while on a boat....

This makes me wonder....because I want a bigfoot with floats....and I've got a wakeboard boat with a large sundeck over the engine in the rear....hmmm.....

I was thinking of going electric on the bigfoot so floats would be easy since no gas engine starting....

Electric is cool but I only have 4 batteries so only two flights. I can't really run my PL8 on the boat so it seems like a lot of work for two flights.

My boat is a small fishing boat so I can probably flip the prop with the plane sitting in the water. I'll have to see if I can hold it so it doesn't bite me though. Either that or set it on the front deck and start it and then set it down in the water with the engine running. I guess I haven't completely thought it through.

Quote of the day!

I can't imagine trying to start a gas engine while the plane is floating in the water...but if you actually try that, make sure you get a video...and have a first aid kit handy. Kids don't try this at home!

Craig, maybe you should just keep the electric setup.

My boat is similar to this one.

There should be plenty of room on the front deck to start the engine. I think

Oh yeah come up with a way to put the H-stab inbetween two post to start it, drop the plane in the water. If it was bigfoot it may be able to take off from the deck.

We can probably pick it up by the wing tips to set it in the water.

2001 Tige 2100ltd v-drive....will get another sometime in the next couple of years...getting older each year....but I still like to ride. My kids are now boarding, so that should help justify another boat someday...
