Well, I crashed my 58" edge hard today. My elevator servo crapped out in flight. I was going 3/4-full throttleat about a 45 degree downline and when I went to pull up about 10 feet off the ground I had no elevator. BAM! Right into the dirt. I walked over and my elevator servo was smoking! It was an hs-225mg. So I am probably done with hitec micro and mini size servos. Too many issues.

Anyway, the plane is in pretty bad shape, the wings are good but one wing tip must of hit because the worst part of the plane is where the wings attach. All the wood on both sides along the wing is ripped out. The wing tube snapped in half. The motor box isn't that bad surprisingly. A new motor box wouldn't cover the worst of it unfortunately. So I don't know what I'm gonna do. Maybe a whole new plane? I don't think I can fix it.

Sorry about the 58" man

On another note, does anyone know this user? He's wanting to buy my 42", but I'd have to ship it to him. Gimp28

Yeah.... That's what kind of worries me.... I'm not trying to sound rude, but no rating and 4 posts doesn't really make me all to confident....

No argument there. I remember when I had like a 10 trader rating and some buyers were nervous.

Seller has everything to lose..... The buyer could claim fraud, etc.

Yep.... I'm just going to make it LPU.... So If anyone wants a 42". It's in Plano, (near Dallas, Tx.) and it will be at Oktoberfest. Pics are on my blog. It's the original red scheme too. Sorry about messing with this thread for the past 2 days .
