(a) hitting a tourist (not a SAMAA registered flying site), (b) very rocky surface (not good for landing), (c) what if you lose your plain? (gone forever). (d) I would not want to pay cable car fees and stand in long queues every time I want to fly. Also, when the wind pumps, they close the station. As far as I know its out of bounds and not an option.
