Lee,

It's perfectly normal to be upset at having to jump through hoops in order to get back what is rightfully yours. It's quite another thing though to accuse the owner of the site and/or advertising staff of aiding and abetting what you perceive as business engaged in thievery. You may want to edit the personal attack out of your post before it gets reported.

I say that and Hobby king is a thief and RC Groups is aiding and abiding a thief.

Until then, I stand behind my words with evidence to prove it.
The advertising $ that this site receives is paid for with stolen funds, my stolen funds. Hope you can sleep at night
I still await there call.
Not every business transaction that goes south is the result of thievery.

If its a debit card, then you would have had to enter a PIN number. Unless of course that debit card has the visa or mastercard logo on it. If that is the case, you can call your bank and dispute the charge. C'mon man, its not rocket science!

Its not rocket science but he shouldn't have to go through that. You can bet your last dollar that if the problem ever happened with Horizon Hobby it wouldn't take more than a quick phone call and the problem would be solved.

Agreed. But as the carnival barker once said "Ya' pays yer dime and ya' takes yer chances."

Right, he shouldn't have to go through that, but he is going to have to in this case. Any time a vendor or a company that you buy something from doesn't deliver, hit them where it hurts. I'm all for him knocking HK especially for his case. Never did I say that he is to blame (like Topspin said) nor do I think it. The OP needs to hit HK where it hurts.

Thats not a model I would want to base my business on. I have had great luck with hobby king and placed quite a few orders with them but stories like these make me question doing business with them in the future. My last order from hobby king was over 500 dollars thats far from paying a dime and taking my chances. If I got burned for that amount of money I would be extremely upset to say the least.

This is about a years worth of orders. There are A LOT of orders that are older than that.

People shouldn't have to chance ordering from a carnival barker should they?
