I really like the Any Link module. I've got a Turnigy 9x, and I've been waiting for the Spektrum JR module to become available. This looks like a nice, inexpensive alternative for a bind n fly solution.
I didn't even know about the eflite mig. Just checked it out. WOW - plus AS3X? When are those Spektrum modules coming out!

micro F86 great planes

I ordered my F86 yesterday before I read more of the technical setup...I have a jr x9303 so I guess you never turn on the jr tx..so do I set up the F86 in the jr with all the d/r and expo settings then turn off the jr and hook up the anylink system and it picks up all the settings inside the preprogrammed jr which you never switch on when flying the anylink module??? anyone know????

I don't know about the jrs, but on my dx6I when I plug in the trainer cable the tx turns on with the switch off. You then plug the power cable from the anylink into the power port on the tx and that powers on the link. You adjust everything as normal. Its rather painless and clever. Hope that helps!

Is there any difference between this plane and the one from bananahobby, other than customer service and twice the price? http://www.bananahobby.com/2157.html

FWA2500 hey thanks I think thats what will happen with my jr9303.....one other thing I read in manual pdf that you should bind the plane at home because if you try to bind at the field with planes flying a condition exists where you might cause a plane in the air to have control over it

It is autobind. turn on your Anylink, then plug in the model and they will bind. Once bound, as long as the Anylink (or Tx) are turned on first, the receiver will preferentially stay bound to it's previous signal.

Two different models Runnikee....

Artech's is larger, heavier, uses a larger motor, a fan with more blades, a 3S lipo....

Artech? The Blitzworks one is on 2S and I thought the size looked relatively similar. Is the Great Planes Sabre still on backorder?

My apologies for not clicking the link. That is the skyangel 35mm EDF jet. I thought you were comparing this one as it is also a 30mm Sabre.
