Download the HFG manual, it helped me. Gary had some in the AG550s instructions too that I bet are in the AG600 manual

Almost right, you left out the Hoverfly Controller. Do not understand why you have "2x Batt to PCB".

I have to agree with MCrites... download the Instructions. Its very detailed with diagrams.

Andrey or Gary, Lobster page says that AG600 and AG700 are bolt-on ready.
I'm guessing the AG550v2 (upgraded) will work too?
there are few option. you can buy the shrimp/lobster without the IMS and use the ag550 IMS . (including the grommette mounting plate) that wouild be the cheaper option. the other is to drill holes on the cf plate and mount the new crossbar. third is move to ag600 ims.

king crab is x8 version of lobster. gary want go with 13" prop on the 3508 on 6S

Thanks Andrey,

I've already ordered the Lobster yesterday.
It says it comes with "integrated landing gear and Isolated Mounting System (IMS)". Is this the one with 6 silicone grommets by the way (instead of 4)?

So you are saying I will have to drill holes into the cf plate of the ag550v2 to mount to Lobster IMS?

I wonder if Gary can add the parts to convert my AG550v2 (upgraded) to AG600 before shipping the Lobster. It would depend on the cost ofcourse, but I think all that is needed is the tube and a couple of adapters? That should be pretty cheap...

Actually, Cedric, I read your email while I was leaving today's shipments at our postal annex, so I pulled yours back, and didn't send it. I'll open it up and add in the AG600 IMS tube/clamp setup. I just happen to have one extra, in all the bits Andrey has been sending me.

Almost there. Just need to figure out the last mile. I get these very small jitters in my video. I am using the AG550 V2 gimbal on this with the HFG. Any thoughts on what I can tweak. Ignore the horizon being off as that is my fault. I made sure all bolts, belts and pulleys are all tight.

Over Looking the neighborhood. (6 min 18 sec)

did you calibrated the hfg by the manual? i've had issue like that when it was not calibrated. I used heat gun to calibrate. and make sure camera itself is firm on the plate.

I think you need to up your roll and tilt accl a little bit. Do it in small increments, but it looks like the roll needs a bit more then the tilt, just guessing here. As for the jitter when your hovering, I have no idea, but it couldn't hurt to do the calibration over again as Andrey suggests.

Thanks for your answer askman !

I think about to use a seperate gimbalcontroller like HFG and two MKS 950 Servos to push up performance and smoother running of the gimbal.

Here is an actual RAW video from me. I'm not satisfied with the performance.

Specs:
X-Quad 460
Suppo 2212/13
SimonK's 20A
9 x 4.7 Props
2-Axis GF Gimbal V3.0 XL with 2 x Futaba 3152
Gimbal controlled by Naza

Testflight with gimbal controlled by naza (5 min 31 sec)

Hey Markus, if you go with this setup don't forget to also get a 6v BEC to power the HFG/servos.
