FMKIT Beacon with Receiver (lost plane locator)
I got this beacon in a trade, but it doesnt fit my built so its for sale.
The beacon transmit on 462.6625mhz (FRS/GMRS Ch.5) you can use a walkie talkie on Ch.5 and hear the beacon, I'm selling mine with a Radio Shack scanner that way you can remove the antenna and take off the squelch when you are close to the plane and get better accuracy.
This model doesnt have a microphone but its programable via clicking the push button, with one 1s lipo it could last days sending the beacon signal.
Each tone it produces has their own TX power level the farther away you are, you will only hear the first beeps, the closer you get then you will hear the other beeps.
You are buying:
1) FMKIT Beacon 462.6625mhz (Ch.5 on FRS/GMRS Walkie Talkies)
2) Radio Shack Pro 135 Scanner
3) Thunder Power 1s @ 350mAh lipo
$70 Shipped Paypal Only will trade for fpv equipment
