Carbon Fiber Blades - Not fitting 100% | Blade 450 3D
Hi,
So I bought these CF blades on eBay for $10 http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...ht_1316wt_1163 I tried to fit them tonight but I'm a little concerned about the gap at the fixing point, there's a little gap on the one side and on other side I don't have that gap but then again I may have tightened it too much on that side since my plastic clip is slightly bent. Should I be concerned about these blades.. have anyone else tried them? Thanks. |

blade gap
If the blades require you to tighten too much, then you should use shims to take up the extra space.Many blades require shims.If you dont have shims you can make them by cutting up old credit cards or milk jugs to make homemade shims. Your blades should be able to fall when heli is on its side with a little jiggle.
