Currently in my hanger
CURRENTLY IN MY HANGER
Listed in order purchased and reason I chose it.
SUPER CUB BY HOBBYZONE (with floats)
My learning plane, now for lawn chair relaxed flying and for off the water.
P-47 THUNDERBOLT BY PARKZONE (with E-Flite retracts & extra 300 prop)
Scale flying full house plane and my favorite war bird to fly.
P-51 MUSTANG BY PARKZONE (running on Turnigy G10, 1100kv, 30A esc and landing gear)
The warbird I take to the park. Hand launch and short belly landings, (with landing gear removed).
NIGHT VAPOR BY PARKZONE
For flying in front of the house on windless evenings.
PEAKS (PITTS PYTHON) BY DYNAM
For when I feel like flying more aerobatic or 3D.
V200DO1 HELICOPTER BY WALKERA
For another style of flying and hovering capability.
XIEDA 9958 MICRO HELICOPTER BY GREAT WALL
For practicing indoor and outdoors when windless before
flying my larger 200D01 Walkera which I'm not proficient at yet.
MICRO SUPER CUB BY FLYZONE
For when I want something that is small, easy and relaxing in front of my house or at the park.
Also I could not pass up the $39.99 price that included a free AnyLink.
MINI VAPOR BY PARKZONE
For when I feel like flying a fixed wing aircraft in the family room.
UMX MIG BY E-FLITE
For when I feel like flying a ducted fan jet in smaller areas.
ULTRA MICRO P-51 D MUSTANG BY PARKZONE
To have the war bird experience in smaller areas (like the front of my house)
RADIAN BY PARKZONE
For when I feel like flying relaxed for a long period of time on a single battery pack
or getting a sore neck (whatever comes first)
UMX CARBON CUB SS BY E-FLITE (with floats and E-flite Grasshopper 250 wheels for the tundra ready look)
A small full house plane for when I feel like flying slow and low in smaller areas and for off of water.
P-51 STREGA HIGH SPEED BY ROCHOBBY (currently in hanger until Christmas. Gift from my wife)
A full house pylon racer for when I "feel the need for speed."
PROTO X NANO QUADCOPTER BY ESTES
The smallest production quadcopter. It is highly maneuverable
and can be flown in smaller spaces than anything else.
To round out my collection I will eventually purchase:
Something good for 3D flying in smaller areas.
A GPS Quadcopter for maneuverability, the return to base feature and video potential.
These in addition to what I already have should cover all styles of flying for
smaller and larger areas to suit my mood until something better in my
price range comes out to replace them.
