CRRC PRO GF26i V2 Gas Engine w/ Pitts
I have a CRRC Pro GF26i V2 with low hours on it, at least low enough I don't think it's broken in all the way. I estimated max 20 - 10 minutes flights. I am still running it on 32:1 fuel, 91 octane and synthetic oil. I had it running this weekend (1/22/2012) on the test stand for 15 minutes. Replaced spark plug with a recommended NGK plug. Once primed and on the stock exhaust, it started like a champ and idles at 2000rpm and runs to 8600rpm on a 16x8 APC prop.
Reason I'm selling it is I crashed the Edge 540 I had it in and do not have another plane to put it in (and I'm going all electric). Engine sustained only a bit of damage, the carb spacer got a crack, so I replaced it. I also took the engine apart to clean it just in case and to inspect for internal damage. I found no internal damage and the engine looks good internally. I replaced engine, carb and exhaust gaskets. I have sealed the entire engine with RTV and a breather nipple has been soldered onto the diaphram cover to vent to the inside of the fuse. Please note, has a newer stock front bearing, the original bearing had a leak when I bought it new.
Stock ignition is running strong, no issues with it. I have run it on 4.8v regulated only.
Also comes with a Pitts muffler, modified with a mounting bracket to prevent vibration damage (sorry, no pic, but can get if requested). Stock muffler stinger is just slightly bent back, but not damaged and almost can't be seen unless you are looking for it.
Anyways, I'm asking $75 shipped in the continental US.
Oh, and yes, I'll throw in the 16x8 prop you see on it. Comes with original box.
