Maybe and just maybe you could check the manual and maybe just maybe on page 18 you will find out what you are looking for.

As much as you can get.

Then set your lower rate(s) from there.

great - the manual, didn't see it before.

I am having a problem with the build:
I place the metal part on the servo arm but the keeper does not hold the metal part in place...
how can I go about this ? does the metal part need to rotate or is kept in place at all time (aka. glue it...) ??

It should be able to rotate so when the servo arm moves it won't bind.

Keeper required!

Make sure you are getting the keeper centered on the pin or it will not stay on.

Lick your finger tip and stick the keeper to it. Start the keeper by pushing it on the pin firmly. Not to hard or you will push the pin into your finger tip.

Finish the keeper using needle nose pliers to work it down snug with no play but still rotates.

Pin goes into concave side. Cupped, not pointy side.

The crown (pointy part) of the keeper must be facing away from the servo arm.

Pointy side away from the servo arm. If you stick the keeper to your finger like I suggested, then the pointy (convex) side will be stuck to your finger.
